Hyderabad: Baahubali movie inspired the Government of Telangana for appointing first anti-piracy technology. Rajamouli has used this technology in Baahubali first time after launching the TIPCCU.

Approximately, film piracy is getting a $1 billion market in India, it is really shocking. Preset days, most of the people are using smartphones, due to this reason the piracy market has been shifted to online.

In India, 146 piracy websites are available and top pirated sites getting the Rs. 205 core values. Due to this big piracy reason, Indian cinema is losing 30 percent of their business and many people are trying to eradicate this issue.

Recently, Telugu Film Chamber of Commerce representatives organized a meeting with IT minister of Telangana K T Rama Rao and explained about piracy that how much Tollywood facing problems with it and suffered from Rs. 361 crores losses only because of it.

After that, Telangana Government has established a county’s first anti-piracy unit i.e. Telangana Intellectual Property Crime Unit (TIPCU). This is the first anti-piracy unit in Telangana and this technology was used in the biggest movie ‘Baahubali’.

Actually, the Government has been inspired by “Baahubali’ by using anti-piracy technology. Director SS Rajamouli was uploaded it online same day of his movie release and TFCC observed the key player of film piracy rocket in Jabalpur as well as arrested 10 persons.

After a long time, it was revealed that an employee who is working in lead IT company used the company servers for storing the films. The main role of TIPCU is monitoring the online piracy and recommended blocking of the website.
