Chennai: Director Shankar and Rajinikanth new movie Enthiran 2 title have been changed as 2.0 here are the reason behind title change for Endhiran 2.
After much buzz, the Shankar’s magnum opus movie has taken over yesterday and the regular shooting has commenced.

The official announcement of the movie launch had two surprising and interesting news for the audience. One for the opt out of Arnold Schwarzenegger and the entry of Bollywood star Akshay Kumar while the other was the name change of the movie from Enthiran 2 to 2.0. Now there seems to be lot of speculations, reasoning the change of title.

On the event of the launch it was officially announced that the title was 2.0 and not Enthiran 2 as it was called for the past few months. Now, the Lyca Productions has clarified everyone that it is not 2.0 but it has to be spelled as 2 O. so what is special about the 2 o remains a mystery that will be unraveled once the film gets released.

However, there are also other reasons for the change of title. Lyca is producing the movie sequel, while the previous production company of Enthiran franchise has to be sought for the usage of the title in this sequel. As a result, to end any controversy over title, the crew decided for a 2 o title change.
