Sri Thenandal Films takes ‘Arathu Sinam’ to revising committee

Chennai: Arathu Sinam is a upcoming Tamil Movie directed by Arivazhagan Venkatachalam, its an remake of Malayalam super hit ‘Memories’ film. Now Sri Thenandal Films takes this film to revising committee.

Sri Thenandal Films Company usually distribute movies form another producer. But they have transformed into production with the movie ‘Aaraathu Sinam’. Arulnidhi who is the grandson of former Chief Minister M.Karunanidhi has done the lead role in that project.

After tasting huge success with ‘DeMonte Colony’, he jumps into a crime thriller.
The movie features Arulnidhi and Aishwarya Rajesh in lead roles. Radharavi, Thulasi, Robo Shanker, Aishwarya Dutta, Charlie, Anupama Kumar were part of the supporting cast.

The movie is an official remake of Malayalam super hit movie ‘Memories’. The story is about repeated murders in the city which will be investigated by CBI appointed by the government. So the murderer turns his back on the investigating officer’s family. How he solves the mystery forms the rest of the story.

The project had some violence and censors gave the movie ‘U/A’. But the production house decided to go to the revising committee go get clean ‘U’. Recently ‘Miruthan’ team also changed censor certification after visiting the revising committee.
