Bentley Bentayga bookings In India have crossed the 100 mark for the limited version of the SUV launched. This is encouraging for the company.

Bentley Motors Limited, a British registered Automobile company that designs, develops, and manufactures had entered into the Indian market for the first time with its model Bentayga.

The company has the reputation of manufacturing the fastest SUV in the world. The Bentayga can catch the speed of 0-60 miles or 96 kms in just 4 seconds. The maximum speed is 301 kms per hour. The luxury car is Bentayga is tagged with a price of Rs.3.85 crores ex-show room price in New Delhi.

The official dealer in India for Bentley, Exclusive Motor ‘s Managing director – Mr.Satya Bagla has stated that over 100 bookings were already made since the official launch announcement. The Bentley Bentayga is the limited edition of vehicles. Bagla stated that the first delivery will be made in the coming next two weeks.

Bentley’s Bentayga is powered by a 6.0-litre turbocharged petrol engine delivering 600 bhp . This luxury SUV will expand its sales in India with new showrooms and service centre set ups at Hyderabad, which will be opened in about two months apart from the existing outlets in Delhi and Mumbai.

This year’s production is about 2,600-2,700 units of the Bentayga. Next year target is set as 3,000 units. Bentley sells models such as Continental GT and Flying Spur which are priced at Rs 3.55 crore onwards.

The fact is that the Bentley luxury motorcars are largely hand-built. It is a subsidiary of Volkswagen. The company estimates that Indian automobile market is growing and the space for luxury cars here is more worthy. The increasing craze for the brands and the speed is also one of the inviting factors for the company.
