To boost up the sales for the third quarter, Hyundai India is planning to launch Grand i10 and Xcent special editions.

Mr. Young Key Koo of Hyundai Motor India Ltd. (HMIL) CEO has confirmed that the special editions of Grand i10 And Xcent will be launched soon. The Korean manufacturers will be adding some extra features to the existing models with no extra cost. This is just one of the promotional and sales boosting activity.

The company officials have confirmed that there will be no Mechanical or Technical changes or advancements. Only some additional features will be added to the special editions of both Grand i10 And Xcent models. The sedan cars are so popular and hot selling in the segment of cars. the Indian Automobiles have a slowdown in the sales recently, but the Hyundai India hopes to recover from the slowdown.

The special editions will be added with the features like body graphics, seat upholstery, floor mats, leather-wrapped gear-level and steering wheel and possibly a reverse camera. Both models have the same engine capacity of 1.2-liter Kappa petrol and a 1.1-liter U2 CRDi diesel variants. The petrol engine gets is available with a 5-speed manual gear system and a 4-speed automatic version. Whereas the diesel engine is only available with a 5-speed manual gearbox.

At present these two special editions are the upcoming car models in India by the company. the upcoming cars have a little bit of craze among the buyers. Hence, this will be an added advantage for the company.
