Maruti Suzuki India may increase the production of its latest hot selling models Vitara Brezza and Baleno to meet the huge demand.

Maruti Suzuki is having a good time in the Indian Automobile market. The launched models in recent times – Maruti Vitara Brezza and Maruti Baleno have been successful. Both the models are produced in India. The production centre in Haryana is getting prepared to meet the excess demand situation by increasing its manufacturing capacity. The Plant in Gujarat will manage the production hike for the model.

Mr R C Bhargava the Chairman of Maruti Suzuki Baleno has confirmed that the premium hatchback segment car created a huge gap between demand and supply. The model is being exported to foreign countries like Europe, Australia and Japan. This has forced the company to increase the manufacturing capacity. Just in six months of launch, the model has set wonderful results in sales both domestically as well as internationally.

The demand in the domestic market, as well as the abroad market which includes Nepal and Indonesia, has forced the company to increase the production. The compact SUV model is now taking at least 4 to 5 months of time for the delivery after booking.

Both the models have however made the company clear that the Demand and Supply excessive gap may lead to a downfall of sales if appropriate measures in right time are not taken. The Gujarat plant which is fully owned by the Maruti Suzuki India will only be able to start its functioning in 2017 year starting months.
