Hyderabad: The 45th International Film Festival of India IFFI will be started from November 20 and continued till 30, is prearranged by the Ministry of Information and Broadcasting and the Government of Goa.
The 45th International Film Festival of India will be started from November 20th and it will end on November 30th in Goa. The festival would be held grandly for 10 days. The international film festival was first started in the year 1952. It was considered as the most significant film festivals all over Asia.
Every year it is celebrating from 20th November to 30th November at beach in Goa which means to display the excellence of film art through the common platform. It involves paying the understanding of the culture of the film industry of different nations in order to promote the friendship and association among the people worldwide.
The IFFI is prearranged by the Ministry of Information and Broadcasting and the Government of Goa. The 1st edition of the film festival was held in Mumbai form 24th of January to 1st of February in the year 1952 which was organized by the Films Division, Government of India with support of the first Prime Minister of India.
The 42nd edition of IFFI was celebrated in Margao, Goa which was launched by Bollywood super star Shah Rukh Khan, 43rd edition in Panaji, Goa (20th November to 30th November in 2012) which was inaugurated by Akshay Kumar.
