CAT Admit card 2016
The Common Admission Test (CAT) admit cards are now available to download. Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Bangalore is going to conduct the exam this year on 4 December 2016. Candidates who are confused about the postponed news, and now there is no need to worry. The officials have released the CAT Admit card 2016 on the Indian Institute of Management (IIM) official website iimcat.ac.in.
Earlier, the IIM Bangalore exam conducting body has announced the release date of CAT 2016 Hall Ticket i.e., 18th October 2016, but it has changed the disclosed date to October 24 due to some issues. So all the applied candidates, who want to appear for the exam can download their respective CAT Admit card 2016 from the official web portal.
Common Admission Test (CAT) is one of the entrance examinations held across the country. The Indian Institutes of Management (IIMs) conducts this exam for selecting students for business administration.
This test is conducted by one of the IIMs every year on the policy of rotation. In August 2011, an announcement has also come that the Indian Institutes of Technology (IITs) and Indian Institutes of Science (IISc) would also use CAT scores instead of Joint Management Entrance Test (JMET).
The CAT examination is conducted on the topics such as Quantitative Ability, Verbal Ability & Reading Comprehension, Data Interpretation and Logical Reasoning. Last year IIM Ahmedabad has conducted the exam and this year it is the turn of IIM Bangalore.
The IIM CAT Admit card issued duly to the registered candidates only. Candidates without waiting until the exam date can download the admit card now and keep it safe. All the details of the applicants such as roll number, name, date, time and venue and various rules of the exam will be mentioned on the hall ticket.

In case, if the candidates will fail to produce a valid admit card, he/she will not permitted to enter the exam centre and write the test. After frisking process only all the appeared candidates are allowed to write the exam.
Steps to download CAT Admit card 2016
- Visit official website iimcat.ac.in.
- Click on respective CAT 2016 Admit card link.
- Enter required details in the provided fields.
- Download the admit card and take a print out of it.
