Popular actor Tarun Arora who was seen in Tamil thriller Kanithan will be playing the villain role in Chiranjeevi 150th movie directed by Vinayak.

Actor Tarun Arora, last seen in Tamil thriller “Kanithan”, will be playing the main antagonist in megastar Chiranjeevi 150th Telugu project, which is the official remake of Tamil film “Kaththi”.

“Tarun has been officially signed on. He’s expected to start shooting in a few days,” a source from the film’s unit told IANS.

Known for his brief role in “Jab We Meet”, Tarun made a smashing comeback in “Kanithana earlier this year.

“Director Vinayak loved his performance in the Tamil film and immediately brought him on board, the source said.

In Vijay-starrer “Kaththi”, Neil Nitin Mukesh played the baddie, and he was also approached for the Telugu remake. However, he declined the offer.

The yet-untitled remake marks Chiranjeevi 150th film and it’s being produced by Ram Charan.
