New Delhi, June 9: AAP member and Delhi Law Minister Jitender Singh Tomar arrested today for fake law degree scandal. Here is complete report on AAP minister case.

On one hand, AAP statement is saying that Tomar is arrested and at the same time BJP leader Nupur Sharma quoted this incident as a drama. She said, all of what AAP is saying is simply drama and it is not sure whether he was arrested or detained. Earlier, the same detention news came to picture which later reported that Tomar was arrested over a fake law degree case.

According to some media report, Delhi police arrested Law Minister from his own house today morning and later took him to Hauz Khas police station. He will be further questioned regarding the issue. Source says, an FIR was filed against Jitender Singh today early morning around 3:30 AM.

He has been charged under various Indian Penal Cord (IPS) sections among which include 420 for cheating. Till now, there are no proper disclosures from police.  Commissioner of Police, Delhi BS Bassi denied revealing any information to media. He only said that once after receiving entire facts, everything will be made known.

As per some latest reports, a press conference of Aam Aadmi Party begins around 13:00 Hrs today to discuss necessary steps and to answer media regarding the issue.
