Snapchat app has been updated with two-factor authentication for both Android and iOS Smartphone and Tablets for more secure login.

Snapchat is video messing app, where the users can take photos, record videos, add text to it and can send it to their controlled list of receivers. This app has been populated next to the WhatsApp, Viber, WeChat and LINE. It is more popular for snapping and sharing of photos and videos and is applicable for both Android and iOS mobile users.

Now the Snapchat Inc. has unveiled its new and updated version 9.9.0 with new features. To make logging is a bit more secure it has added the two-authentication feature; it means user has to enter a six digit code while signing from a device which is not used earlier to make sure it’s you. The six digit code will be sent by the Snapchat to the number linked the account through SMS. The user must turn this feature in settings menu.

Snapchat App added this feature simply make user account safer or harder to hack. If this features enables in setting menu, user need to enter both password and SMS code which is sent by the Snapchat to log into respective account on a new device.

Once the login authentication function has been set up, users can also store a recovery code, which could be used to regain the account, if the phone is linked to the account is lost or damaged.
