Mumbai, July 13: Kabir Khan’s Phantom movie got UA certificate from Central Board of Film Certification (CBFC). The Bollywood film stars Saif Ali Khan and Katrina Kaif in lead roles.
Kabir Khan is now busy with Phantom movie direction and approached Censor Board for film to get a certificate. The Central Board of Film Certification (CBFC) watched it carefully and allotted a ‘UA’ certificate for the film. Every time Kabir will be at the edge of iceberg for his movies, but this fortunately his Bollywood film got UA categorization.
Screening of the Bollywood movie has been appreciated by the Board and it met with applause. Censor Board members said that when Director Kabir Khan and Producer Sajid Nadiadwala of Phantom appeared, they are welcomed with applause for movie screening. It is also noted that in two weeks only, this is the second movie of Kabir Khan to get a UA certificate.
Kabir Khan is an Indian film director, screenwriter, and cinematographer also got UA certificate for his latest movie of Salman Khan, Bajrangi Bhaijaan. Censor Board members said that Salman Khan’s, Bajrangi Bhaijaan don’t have any abusive language or scenes. But Phantom has a little which forced us to remove those words from the film. Hence they have checked out characters that are exchanging expletives.
In this regards, Phantom Produder Sajid Nadiadwala said that in his 25 years of production field, he didn’t get an “A” certified movie. By taking everything into consideration, abusive language words are removed Phantom starring Saif Ali Khan and Katrina Kaif is given with UA certificate by Censor Board.
