Transmission Electron Microscopy (TEM) is a microscopy technique, where a beam of electrons is transferred through an ultra-thin specimen by interacting the specimen. The course is divided into four parts such as working principal of electron microscopy, sample preparation for scanning electron microscopy (SEM), instrumentation of electron microscopy and transmission electron microscopy (TEM) and recent development in Electron Microscopy.

AIRF is the specialised research facility, created with basic instruments with an aim to offer advanced analytical instruments for research various areas such as Physical, environmental, biological, allied and interdisciplinary sciences.
