Chennai: Superstar Rajinikanth’s upcoming 159th Kollywood Tamil cinema is titled as Kabali, and is reportedly based on the life story of a Chennai mafia don.

Super star Rajinikanth upcoming 159th film reportedly titled as Kabali, earlier it was rumored as Kaali and now the movie unit has two options like Kannabiran and Kabali. In this movie legendary actor Rajinikanth will be seen as Chennai mafia don Kabaleeshwaran, the story of movie based on the real life of a don from Mylapore in Chennai.

As per movie unit the movie will go floor by this 17th September, is directed by Attakathi and Madras movie fame Ranjih and is being produced by Kalapuli S. Thanu. Radhika Apte is paring up with super star as a female lead for this movie. Santhosh Narayanan is composing music for this. Dhansika will be appearing for special character and remaining star cast will be announced soon.

The making unit schedule the movie for 90 days shoot, the initial few minutes will be shot in Mylapore, Chennai and remaining story will be shit to Malaysia. As per director the story of movie is based in the real life don of Madras and the movie unit tentatively finalized the movie name as Kabali from the name of Chennai don Kabaleeshwaran. The official announcement about movie name will be announced by film unit soon.
