Chennai: October 1 release date fixed to Puli movie starring Vijay, Shruti Haasan and Hansika under the direction on Chimbu Deven, rumours rose that technicians are not paid till now.

Vijay’s ‘Puli’ is all set for a release on October 1, the movie recently visited censors and got a clean ‘U’. Promotions too started on all leading channels. Shruti Haasan and Hansika have done the female lead roles opposite to Vijay.

The movie is produced by Shibu Thameens and P.T.Selvakumar under SKT Studios banner and right from the day it completed shooting is facing down slide. Audio got poor response and later the teaser and trailer got more number of dislikes.

Now we hear that technicians who worked were not paid. When wages were asked, the producers have threatened them that they can never work on other movies in future. The technicians were upset with this issue and they have taken the issue to lead actor Vijay.

But Vijay has said, he cannot interfere in producer’s interest. It has to be known that this movie was produced by Vijay’s PRO. The technicians knew if Vijay says, they will get paid. But now this issue has made them worried.
