Chennai: Upcoming Ajith’s Kollywood movie Vedhalam has finished its work and post-production work is started, Shruti Haasan thanked the whole team for supporting her at the time of shooting.

Shruti Haasan is the most expected actress in Kollywood Town. Though her recent release ‘Puli’ has been a massive failure, the actress keeps her heads high for the new projects. She awaits release of ‘Vedhalam’ in particular. The actress has confirmed yesterday that the movie was wrapped up yesterday.

From credible sources we hear that Director Siva along with the whole team worked at a rapid speed. Finally the last sequence was shot yesterday. As we reported earlier the first half was completely done and dusted. The post-production started for the second half.

Shruti Haasan after completing the movie posted a photo of the team and tweeted,”Thankyou to the entire team of Vedhalam for making it such a fun and positive experience – especially my super sweet director ! #wrap #work.”

She was seen along with Comedy actor Soori and Director Siva. A teaser of the movie is expected to be released by 12am today. Anirudh tweeted, “#NRDalltheway ! Blessed to receive so much love and appreciation for the album:) Coming soon with #Vedhalam :)”
