Chennai: Visaranai movie that came under Dhanush’s Wunderbar Films and Vetrimaaran’s Grass Root Films got appreciation from Director Mysskin for film making.

Vetrimaaran is on cloud nine as his recent movie ‘Visaranai’ is now getting all attention. The movie was showered with praises and accolades. It was recently screened in 72nd International Venice Film Festival.

The movie also won an award under the title, Amnesty International Italy’s “Cinema for Human Rights”. This venture is bank-rolled as a joint venture by Dhanush’s Wunderbar Films and Vetrimaaran’s Grass Root Films. The movie has now got appreciation from Director Mysskin. He has wrote a letter and sent to Vetrimaaran. The letter is given below,

“Even before the movie ended, I walked out and messaged my friends, GREAT FILM… MY PAST PERCEPTIONS WERE WRONG…THE MOVIE AND THE MAKER HAVE EVOLVED HOLDING EACH OTHER’S HANDS.  Finally Vetrimaaran you have done it.. You have reached the pinnacle of your career. I would say that, this is your worthiest movie of life time. I wish Balu Mahendra was alive to hug and kiss you on your forehead.

The movie was so intense and each frame is so subtle.. I am sure Audience will celebrate your movie and it will be a huge success.. I am proudly saying this.. We, film makers are knocking doors of the international arena for almost a decade.. and now ‘Visaranai’ is an explosive kept on those doors…I wish the movie gets released soon and everyone feels the same.”
