Chennai: Vijay’s recent release Puli even though got some negative reviews is being suggested to kids of many schools in Chennai, they are taken to theaters to watch.

‘Puli’ is directed by cartoonist Chimbu Deven and the movie features Vijay, Shruti Haasan and Hansika in lead roles. Devi Sri Prasad composed music. Sridevi made a comeback to industry after a long gap. The movie got a delayed release on 1st of October.

The movie was crafted with an intention of targeting Kids. And the target was right on Bull’s eye. Even though this is receiving negative reviews, kids are loving that movie a lot. Now we hear from sources that few schools in Chennai are taking the kids to theatres to watch ‘Puli’.

Raghava Lawrence who owns a trust has a school under his name and he recently took his school kids to watch ‘Puli’. SKT Studios confirmed the news themselves on their Twitter account. But we hear from trade analysts that the movie has already failed and will be replaced with new releases next week.

We earlier reported that Samantha watched the movie soon after reaching Chennai. The actress has made a statement on the movie. She said, “When I watched ‘Puli’, I myself felt I was in another world. The sets and Graphics were so real. This movie will be welcomed by Kids and elders. I wish good luck for the team.”
