Chennai: Thanga Magan movie release date finalized for 18th December this year. Dhanush recently twitted this. Here what he said on micro blogging site.

Dhanush seems to be a clear professional. He completes movies as well as releases it on time. His last release came by month of June. ‘Maari’ however did above average at Box-Office.
The actor recently completed two of his projects. One under Prabhu Solomon direction and another one is under Velraj direction. ‘Thanga Magan’ First look was revealed recently along with the title. Once again, Dhanush himself has produced the movie under his own banner Wunderbar Films. Samantha and Amy Jackson are two female leads.
Raadika Sarath Kumar and KS Ravikumar will be seen as Dhanush’s parents in this movie. The technical team comprises of A. Kumaranfor cinematography and M V Rajesh Kumar for cuts. Anirudh Ravichander has composed music. Earlier it was expected that Thanga Magan will have a November release.
But it seems Dhanush has some other plans. He confirmed that the movie will release on 18th of December. He took micro-blogging site to confirm the news. He tweeted, “#thangamagan will release on December 18th #spreadlove.”
