Chennai: Tamil Super Star Ajith’s Vedhalam Tamil movie has collected a total share of 20 crore on its first day itself by taking advance booking into consideration.

Tamil Super star Ajith’s much awaited movie of the year Vedhalam has been released on November 10th in record number of screens not only in Tamil Nadu also in overseas also. The movie had got a positive response all over state and already premier shows and benefit shows has been completed in some areas.

Ajith Kumar has huge fan following in Tamil Nadu and he has strong market in overseas also. However positive reports heard all over regarding this film and Ajith ha already probed that he is king of openings in Kollywood with his past movies.

However, Thala’s latest flick Vedhalam is all set to ready for earth shattering openings on its first day itself. According to trade reports, mouth talk is positive and the movie will collect Rs. 20 crore shares on its first day itself if we consider advance bookings also. This is only early estimation and may be it will be increased after completing all shows.

Ajith action, fights and backdrop of the film was main highlight. He played dual role in the film one is Don Character and another one is auto driver. Actress Lakshmi Menon was seen in a sister role of Ajith and movie revolves around her. His action was superb in flash back don role. Overall movie got extraordinary response from audiences and let us see how it will manage to collect on its first day.

Vedhalam is releasing Today in 520+ Screen in Tamil Nadu and about 450 screens in 35 countries. This action flick has been released more than 1000+ screens worldwide. The tickets for the next five days have been sold in Chennai and Bengaluru.

Vedhalam features Ajith Kumar, Shruthi Haasan and Lakshmi Menon in main roles. Siruthai Siva directed this movie and AM Ratnam produced this film.
