Mumbai: Tamasha movie leading pair Ranbir Kapoor and Deepika Padukone celebrated the festival of lights Diwali in a grand manner. Here what they commented about their career.
Bollywood clearly anticipated two romantic comedies in recent times. One of them is ‘Shaandaar’ and another is ‘Tamasha’. ‘Shaandaar’ bombed at Box-Office and now all eyes are on ‘Tamasha’. Ranbir Kapoor and Deepika Padukone are doing lead roles and the movie is releasing worldwide on 27th.
The technical team includes A.R Rahman for Music, Ravi Varman for cinematography and Aarti Bajaj for cuts. It has to be noted that both Ranbir and Deepika were in a relationship earlier.
This project is funded by Sajid Nadiadwala under Nadiadwala Grandson Entertainment banner. ‘Rock Star’ fame Imtiaz Ali helms the venture. In this case, the lead pair of ‘Tamasha’ on eve of Diwali attended a celebratory party in New Delhi.
Both Ranbir and Deepika came into industry on November 9, 2007. Ranbir came with ‘Saawaariyaa’ and Deeps came with ‘Om Shanti Om’. ‘Regarding their 8 years career Ranbir Kapoor said, “It’s been a splendid journey and the media and fans have been supportive but nothing has changed.” Deepika said, “We are still feeling like newbie.”
