Mumbai: Bollywood actor Shahid Kapoor celebrated his first Diwali with wife Meera. Despite the response he got from Shaandaar movie, their festival of light went extremely well.

Shahid Kapoor and Mira were married in the month of July. Shahid celebrated his festival of lights with his wife Mira and other family members. The actor was a bit disappointed as his last release Shaandaar was a huge failure.

But he made it sure that the failure of the movie never affected his personal life. According to sources, Shahid went to Mumbai for some work, but he made it sure to come back in time for Diwali.

The source said, “Shahid is celebrating Diwali with his family and wife Mira here. The couple was spotted together, where Mira was wearing a Saree and Shahid in a traditional outfit.” The couple always made news whenever they stepped out together. Photos of them when walking out of gym have gone viral recent times.

Shahid Kapoor meanwhile is busy with his next project ‘Rangoon’. He also confessed that his next project will be of a new genre and that movie will be a major breakthrough just like ‘Haider’. Watch out this space for more updates.
