Songs by A.R.Rahman is one of the biggest assets. The movie is gearing up for a massive release next Friday. The promotions are happening in full throttle and we already provided consistent updates regarding the promos.

During one of the recent promotional event, Ranbir said that the movie will pay homage to veteran actor Dev Anand who took his last breath in 2011. He said, “The Dev Anand imitation was a part of the script.

Director Imtiaz wanted it because the characters Ved and Tara are meeting in a place and they don’t want to disclose their names to each other. They also don’t want to reveal their place of origin. So he becomes Don and she becomes Mona Darling. He becomes Dev Anand and she becomes a prostitute.”
