Mumbai: Bollywood actor Shah Rukh Khan said that social media is for discussion and not for judging, everyone has freedom of expression.

Shah Rukh Khan is one of those actors who speak what comes to his mind. He recently spoke about intolerance and that became a huge issue. Once again the actor gave an interview and he was asked to comment regarding the impact of the storm around the comments made by him and Aamir.

Shah Rukh said, “First of all, I guess there is no issue about actors saying what they want or anybody from any profession saying whatever they feel like. I think we should talk about things and it’s nice to talk and sort things out.

Everyone has their own Freedom of expression and it means that you say something, somebody else says something in contradiction and we discuss about it. I personally believe most of the stuff that is talked about, instead of taking a radical point of view, it has to be taken it as a platform for a healthy and constructive discussion and not decision.

We have social media to discuss stuff. But that doesn’t mean it is the end of all. Things should not be taken as ultimate Truth. These days Social media is more about judgement and not discussion.”
