Bollywood Super Star Salman Khan has sent a special video message for differently-abled children who watched his film Bajrangi Bhaijaan at the first International Film Festival for Persons with Disabilities (IFFPwD). Salman also stressed the factor of providing all facilities for them at movie halls.

As Salman was busy in shooting for ‘Sultan’ he never attended the screening. But Director Kabir Khan and the little girl Harshaali Malhotra, who played the role of a speech-impaired girl in ‘Bajrangi Bhaijjan’ attended the event.

Salman’s message goes like this, “I should have been with you all at this festival. But my commitments and tightly packed schedule never allowed me to get there. But my heart and soul is always with you. I am always up for such causes. To start a film festival especially for differently-abled is a really noble thought.

When filming ‘Bajrangi Bhaijjan’ I never thought of the little girl as a physically challenged child. We wanted to show that everyone forgets that Munni is disabled. We wanted to bring some dignity and treat her like a normal person.”
