New Delhi: ‘Patanjali’ Consumers Goods Company of famous Yoga Baba Ramdev put aside Rs. 300 crore for making advertisement of brand products. Nearly, 12, 969 times, it had telecast their brands in the month of 21 to 27 November.
Consumer’s goods Company of Yoga guru Baba Ramdev is “Patanjali” well known to everyone. It was in the third place among all most all companies for advertising their brands on television in India in the month of November last week. Cadbury and Fair & Lovely both were in first and second position.
In TV advertisements, the Baba’s Patanjali was telecast 12,969 times in the month of November 21-27. This information has taken as per Broadcast Audience Research Council (BARC) India. Recently, BARC was released the data of this brand of Baba. Broadcasters, advertisers and advertising agencies were established a joint industry body in 2012 to measure the television audience.
Vandana Das, president of DDB Mudra said that there was an exact shift in gear for making more visibility. She also added that Patanjali provided few key products such as noodles and ghee, and it gives full advertising based on the demand and supply situation.
The Patanjali Ayurved which has Rs. 2000 crore in which, it deposit away more than Rs 300 crore for advertising and promotion, and also set to establish publicity campaign further, as per the media and advertising professionals.
BARC India has arrived at of 153.5 million TV households and indicating the entire country and all modes of the signal. In this 77.5 million are urban TV households and rural TV households have 76 million. It contains towns with a population of 10-75 lakh, metro cities, and both rural and urban areas with a population of less than 10 lakh.
