Mahesh Babu is having a solid fan base in Tamil Nadu. His last release ‘Srimanthudu’ came to Tamil as ‘Selvanthan’ and it mage huge profits. He recently donated 25 Lakhs to Chennai Flood victims and he showed his soft corner towards the state. ‘Ghilli’, ‘Pokkiri’ were also remade in Tamil.Mahesh Babu was brought up in Chennai and he is planning to capitalize on the same success of ‘Srimanthudu’. We already said that his old movies are getting released in Tamil. In a similar way, ‘Aagadu’ is coming to Tamil as ‘Idhu Thaandaa Police’.
Tamannaah has paired opposite Mahesh Babu and she has done the female lead. Shruti Haasan has done an item number. The supporting cast features actors like Rajendra Prasad, Rao Ramesh, Brahmanandam and M. S. Narayana. S.S.Thaman is the composer.
Ram Charan’s ‘Bruce Lee’ distributor Pathrakaali Films have bagged the distribution rights once again. The dubbing works are over and right now they have decided to release the movie by 1st of January, 2016.
