Mumbai: Best character artist Manoj Bajpai next film Aligarh release date has been confirmed by the makers after facing many troubles.

Manoj Bajpai is an Indian actor who works predominantly in Hindi movies and Telugu Film industry. His notable performances came in movies like ‘Bandit Queen’, ‘AKS’, ‘Satya’, ‘Pinjar’, ‘Gangs of Wasseypur’. Recently he acted in a movie titled ‘Aligarh’.
The movie is based on the real-life incident of Dr. Shrinivas Ramchandra Siras. He got suspended from his job due to his sexual orientation. He was working as a professor at Aligarh Muslim University. Shrinivas role is done by Manoj and Rajkumar Rao essays role of a journalist.

The movie got lots of trouble for release as usual. There are various factors involved in the release of the movie. But now the makers have cleared all barricades and the movie is ready for a release. An official press statement from the makers confirmed it.

The press statement reads as, “Eros International and Hansal Mehta’s much awaited critically acclaimed film Aligarh, starring Manoj Bajpayee and Rajkummar Rao, to release on February 26, 2016
