Actor Vijay who is down and under with failure of ‘Puli’ is looking to bounce back with his new project Theri’. The teaser of Theri movie recently tasted huge success and it crossed lots of records. This gave new hope to the team. The team plans to release the movie by month of April. Now as per industry buzz, the team has planned Theri 2 and it will be started after the release of Theri.

Atlee has directed the project and this is a full-fledged cop thriller. The movie is expected to be a rehash of Vijaykanth’s yesteryear movie ‘Chatriyan’. Samantha and Amy Jackson are the two female leads who will be pairing opposite Vijay. Kalaipuli.S.Dhanu on behalf of ‘V’ creations produce this venture.

Technical team includes GV Prakash for Music and Geroge.C Williams for cinematography. The background score is being added right now. Vijay and Samantha already completed their dubbing works.
