JEE Advanced 2016 is a national level exam, which is conducted for admission to various Bachelor’s degree programmes in eighteen IITs and Indian School of Mines (ISM), along with other reputed engineering institutes.

The registrations for JEE (Joint Entrance Examination) Advanced will begin from April 29 and will close on May 4. The exam is scheduled to be conducted on May 22 by IIT Guwahati. This year the exam will be organized by the seven zonal IITs under the guidance of the Joint Admission Board (JAB). The exam dates are announced officially at authorized website, www.jeeadv.ac.in. Candidates those who have rank below two lakhs are in JEE Main are eligible to appear for JEE Advanced. One can attempt this exam a maximum of two times and that too in consecutive years.

All appearing aspirants may note that the JEE Advanced paper may vary from year to year. The exam is given in 2 papers i.e (paper 1 and 2). To be eligible you have to appear in for the both. The question paper consists of three separate sections namely, Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics.
