Vimal is an Indian actor who works exclusively in Kollywood cinema. Initially he made cameo appearance in Vijay’s Ghilli and Kurui and also in Ajith’s Kireedam. He became popular after acting in Kalavaani, Vaagai Sooda Vaa, Kalakalappu and Kedi Billa Killadi Ranga.

In recent times he faces more trouble as none of his movies are tasting success. Also the movies are facing tough time to release the movie on time. His Pulivaal and Oru Oorla Rendu Raja was a big flop. Even now his last release ‘Anjala’ turned out to be a box-office dud.

So far he worked with debutante actors without second thoughts. But as most of his movies bomb at Box-office, the actor has decided to stop working with debutantes. He also planned to avoid working with new production houses.
