The much awaited Sarbjit Trailer has been launched by Aishwarya Rai & Randeep at a suburban multiplex in Mumbai.
Indian beautiful actress Aishwarya Rai is well known as an excellent actress throughout the world. She made huge fans with her glamor and bagged countless points on her account. Her upcoming film Sarbjit Trailer has out today.
As per reports, this film is based on the real story of Sarabjit Singh, an Indian man who accidentally crossed over into neighboring Pakistan, a country at war with India, and spent his entire life in prison there. Sarbjit is the story of the man, and also of his family and especially his sister Dalbir Kaur who fought for years and years to get him out of the Pakistani jail and back into India. In the end, Sarabjit Singh dies in jail.
The trailer is a marvelous showcase for the histrionic skills of its cast. Beautiful actress transforms herself from beauty queen to a woman struck by grief but not willing to give up the fight for her brother’s freedom, and life.
Her fight ages her but does not break her. A quibble if any, would be that her accent sounds a little unconvincing and she relies on shouting her dialogues, veins in her throat popping, during the dramatic moments. She is much better in the quieter scenes in the trailer, when she has to let her face do the talking.
Richa Chadda gets a smaller portion of screen time, but is impressive, if only for the haunting, expressive quality she brings to the frame. The trailer looks very promising and hints at a film that will make for riveting viewing. Directed by Omung Kumar.
