China-made Oppo F1 Plus is well known as a Selfie expert started sales in Indian market at a price of Rs 26,990.

The Oppo F1 Plus will be available in numerous stores across regions including Delhi, Mumbai, Kolkata, Chennai just to name a few at a price of Rs 26,990, the company said in a statement.

Oppo shares that this phone was announced in the Indian market to give a satisfying selfie experience for its consumers. The pre-order for the F1 plus started from April 11 across India and the company claims it has a good response.

According to a recent research done by Sino-MR in China, the OPPO F1 Plus sold 1,80,000 units in China on its first day of sales on March 24th, 2016, and after four days the numbers grew to 4,00,000 units. As an upgraded version of the Selfie Expert F1, the F1 Plus is taking selfies to a whole new level by sporting a world leading 16MP front camera with F/2.0 aperture and ISOCELL sensor, the company added.

Talking about the phone’s specifications, there is the 5.5-inch, 16 million colour AMOLED, Full HD display with a pixel density of 401ppi and it comes with Gorilla Glass 4 screen with rounded edges. Inside, we get a MediaTek MT6755 (Helio P10) that is a relatively new piece of silicon. It is clocked at 2.0GHz and packs in 8x Cortex-A53 cores. There’s 4GB of RAM and 64GB of internal storage that is expandable up to 128GB using a microSD card (via the SIM card slot). The graphics are handled by a Mali-T860MP2 GPU.

All of the above is fueled by a non-removable Li-Po 2850 mAh battery with Oppo’s Color OS 3.0 masking Google’s Android 5.1 Lollipop for the software.
