As per reports, new details about the Samsung Galaxy Note 6 have surfaced, tipping that company may be testing two variants of the handset – one with flat screen and another with a curved display.

The curved screen can be introduced as the successor of Galaxy S6 Edge+. However, both the version will feature a 5.8-inch QHD display. Turns out the company is still deciding on whether it wants to go in for the curved display or a flat one.

The company might follow its Chinese competitors like Meizu and Vivo and add a massive 6GB RAM to the Note 6. The Note 6 might offer 32GB internal storage along with a micro SD card slot, similar to the S7 series.

On the camera front, the device may opt for the 12-megapixel dual-pixel rear camera seen on the Galaxy S7 and Galaxy S7 Edge, the report added. Much like other high-end Galaxy devices, the Galaxy Note 6 is expected to feature a fingerprint scanner.

One of the biggest improvements in the Galaxy Note 6 is said to be in the battery department. The handset is likely to pack a 4000mAh battery. To recall, the Galaxy Note 5 came with a 3000mAh battery. The report concludes saying that the details of the Galaxy Note 6 are not finalized and there may be changes.

Samsung has worked on many of the Note 4 and Note 5’s flaw going by the rumors. While the launch is expected to take place earlier this year in July, these are still rumors so we would advise you to take the same with a pinch of salt.
