Actress Aishwarya Rai Bachchan marked her 15th year at the Cannes 2016 Film Festival in a golden gown designed by Kuwait’s Ali Younes.

Aishwarya Rai Bachchan landed at the Nice airport with mother Brinda and daughter Aaradhya in tow. She took a break from promoting her upcoming release Sabarjith in India to attend the festival.

The source says she graced the red carpet of her 15th year at the Cannes Film Festival dressed in a golden gown by Kuwait’s designer Ali Younes. Earlier at a press conference, she had expressed that Cannes is the best platform for showcasing the biopic.

The actress who is representing cosmetic giant L’Oréal Paris at the gala turned heads at the red carpet event in the beaded cape couture gown. She had lined her upper lid with a bold turquoise blue liner, complementing it with a smokey blue eyeshadow and bold lashes, said a statement. Leaving no stone unturned to create the perfect red carpet style statement; she styled her hair in loose waves and kept the rest of the make-up nude and luminous.

Coming back to the dress she wore at the premiere of Slack Bay at 69th Cannes Film Festival, she paired the dress with a golden belt, neatly hugging her waist. Cannot wait for the next look from the former Miss World!
