Siksha‘O’ Anusandhan University, Bhubaneswar released the SAAT 2016 final seat allotment results at the main site. So all the applicants who attended the counseling process successfully can check their final allotment results today i.e 16th May 2016 at 6 PM. SAAT 2016 is an admission test which is conducted by the SOA University for an admission into B.Tech/ DDE/ DDM program for this academic year 2016-17. The university has successfully conducted the entrance test on 7th May 2016 at various exam centers for all applied candidates and recently announced the results on 11th May 2016.

The applicants who qualified in SAAT 2016 examination called for counseling process which is held in the month of June 2016. Now the university is going to announce the final seat allocation details of attended students. So aspirants can check their seat allocation details at the authorized website. The candidates who allotted with the seat are requested to confirm their seat by reporting at Institute of Technical Education & Research (ITET) along with required documents. If in any case applicants won’t report at the institute, they may lose their seat, so confirm your seat in respective dates.

SAAT 2016 Counseling – Document Verification

After allotting the seat in the SAAT 2016 Counseling, it is the time to verify all the required documents. Before joining the counseling procedure, the students must be able to produce all relevant documents that are illustrated here below

  • Birth certificate
  • Class 10th and 12th mark sheets and certificates
  • Admit card of the exam
  • Rank card
  • Valid photo identity proof
  • School leaving certificate
  • 4 passport size latest photographs
  • Community certificate
  • Lateral entry candidates will bring diploma certificates
  • Demand draft of Rs 30,000 which is payable at Bhubaneswar
