Mahesh’s “Brahmotsavam” was released in over 2,000 cinema theatres across the globe amidst huge hype and expectations and the flick received a decent response at the ticket counters everywhere. Now the Distributors Disclose Brahmotsavam 1st Week Nizam Share. According to trade reports, Brahmotsavam First Week Collections and box office report out. The movie has been collected Rs. 40 crores in it’s first weekend.

However, in overseas, the movie has been managed to collect nice gross in all areas and beats Pawan Kalyan’s Sardaar Gabbar Singh record. The film has earned 27.35 crores in overseas in just three days.

As per source, Abhishek Pictures issued a public statement regarding the revenues of ‘Brahmotsavam’. The Distribution House appealed people to ignore the fake collections in circulations by promising 1st Week collections will be announced officially on May 27th. Keeping the word, Revenues generated so far has been announced today.

According to the distributors, Brahmotsavam 1st week share is around Rs. 8, 35, 58,834 (Break-Up: Fri – Rs 4 crore; Sat: Rs 1.59 crore; Sun: Rs 1.44 crore; Mon: Rs 0.69 crore; Tue: Rs 0.35 crore; Wed: Rs 0.16 crore; Thurs: Rs 0.11 crore).

This movie is one of the biggest flops in recent times. The prime reason for its failure is the director Addala’s boring narration.  Despite Mahesh Babu giving his best and PVP Cinema investing huge money to make it a visual treat, the director’s bad screenplay, and direction made the movie a big flop.  A loss of over Rs 7 crore in a single territory is something really hard to handle. It’s too early to say how Mahesh Babu and PVP would compensate the losses incurred.
