Hindi TV Show Bigg Boss is gearing up to hit the screens and actor Salman Khan will not be paid as much as last year.

As the next season of Bigg Boss is approaching, gossip mills about Salman Khan’s remuneration have already started to create a buzz across the media. After demanding a fee hike for previous seasons of the reality show, grapevine is abuzz with rumors that Salman Khan is slashing his remuneration for the next season and we wonder why.

As per source, the actor has been continuously raising his fee for each season. However, for the upcoming season, Sallu Bhai is rumored to have asked the organizers of Bigg Boss to reduce his fee and give a part of it to his ‘Being Human’ Foundation. The deal is still in discussions and the exact amount is not revealed yet. For now, the actor charges Rs 7-8 Cr per episode so we have to wait and see how much he charges for the new season.

A few weeks back, rumors were doing the rounds that the makers of the show have agreed to raise Sallu’s fee by 30 percent this year. However, nothing has been officially confirmed as of now.
