Kollywood actor Madhavan is going to work with Sargunam, who is best known for the National Award-winning film Vaagai Sooda Vaa.

One of the finest actors of Tamil cinema, Madhavan, seems to come back into Kollywood with a vengeance. He told the media the other day that “I am most definitely doing three Tamil films this year”. He is also known for some interesting Hindi movies like Rang De Basanti and the Tanu Weds Manu series, his grasp over Hindi being excellent since he grew up in Jamshedpur.

As for the reports, he has given green signal to two Tamil films, and one of that will be directed by Sargunam, who is best known for the National Award-winning film Vaagai Sooda Vaa. We all know that he will be reprising the role of Dulquer Salmaan in the Tamil remake of Malayalam film Charlie. The Tamil remake of Charlie will be helmed by AL Vijay.

Director Sargunam has directed films like Kalavani, Vaagai Sooda Va, and Chandi Veeran. While the director is known for directing rural based films, this yet-untitled project with Madhavan will reportedly be shot in foreign locales. However, other than these two films another film is waiting for actor in Kollywood, says the source.
