Vijay Sethupathi is one actor who never shies away from exploring and experimenting with characters; he has already essayed a villain in Sasikumar’s Sundarapandian. In addition, one may recall his critically acclaimed portrayal of a middle-aged man in Pizza and a 55-year-old attention seeker in Orange Mittai.

As per reports, mass hero Vijay Sethupathi of Pizza and Nenu Rowdy Ne fame is being considered for main antagonist role. Both Dhanush and Vijay Sethupathi are very good friends. It may be mentioned here that, Dhanush was the producer for Nenu Rowdy Ne Tamil version which was a big hit there. Therefore, Vijay may not reject the proposal. The consummate actor has already expressed interest in playing this role and it seems more than a possibility of this mega combo coming together for one of the most exciting mega projects in Tamil cinema.

Director Vetrimaaran has started shooting his mega trilogy ‘Vada Chennai’ in a mammoth jail set that has been erected in which a major portion of the first part will be shot. The film has Amala Paul as the female lead while Andrea, Daniel Balaji, Karunaas and others are playing important roles.
