Hyderabad: Jr NTR finally gives green signal to remake Tamil star Vijay’s super hit film Kaththi with notable changes in the script of Kollywood to Tollywood.

Kaththi was a 2014 Tamil action film drama starring Vijay, directed by AR Murugadoss and it was the super hit film in Vijay film career. The film has plans to remake it in Telugu and become a sensation of sorts in Tollywood. Earlier the movie hero Vijay went to Pawan Kalyan to remake it and then to Mass star Ravi Teja, both stars didn’t give their signal to remake. Then it has reached Jr.NTR, but he also earlier rejected the movie. Then the directors decided to come up with dubbed version movie in to Telugu.

But, here is latest news that, Jr. NTR is showing his interest to remake the movie with little changes in script. Director Gopichand Malineni is directing this remake in Telugu, as per the request of producer, he changed the script with the help of his guru, director AR Murugadoss to make it more suitable for the native Telugu audiences.

Tamil super hit film featuring Ilayathalapathy Vijay in dual roles and Samantha played female role in this. The story of films revolves about the corporate politics around looting water and lands of farmers. An official announcement about the remake movie is still in pending state.
