Hyderabad, July 27: Aadhar Card is made compulsory RDA service (Resource Description and Access) along with driving license for registration of new vehicles and fitness services to avail various additional benefits.
Aadhar Card, which is considered as a unique identity to every resident of India is now mandatory to be benefited with many services in various sectors. Aadhar is a valid government document which carries a unique identification number. It is a 12 digit number and is the proof of identity for address anywhere in India.
Aadhar can be used while opening bank account, to book e-tickets, to apply for passport, for booking and many other places where there is a need to give a person’s identity. As per sources, now it is also mandatory for RDA services, person must have unique identity Aadhar along with driving license for new vehicles registrations, fitness services and many more.
Joint transport commissioner of Hyderabad, T.Raghunadhan said that, the new system will be implemented from 27th July, 2015, persons address which is mentioned in unique identity aadhar is to be same as address which is used while vehicles registration.
Recently, officials combined the aadhar number with Voter card and bank accounts, the address which is mentioned in aadhar card will be treated as primary address for any government services. Considering the increasing acceptance of Aadhar card, it may have more importance in future days to be benefited with government schemes.
