‘Dangal’ is an upcoming biopic based on role of Mahavir Singh Phogat. The biopic is directed by Nitesh Tiwari and the movie is funded by Disney Studio. Mahavis Singh Phogat taught wrestling to his daughters Babita Kumari and Geeta Phogat and Geeta became the first female wrestler to win gold medal at the 2010 Common wealth games.

Her sister Babita bagged Silver medal. Pritam scores music and Amitabh Bhattacharya penns the lyrics. During the shooting it was said that Aamir Khan had an injury.

However the actor has recovered from the injury and has completed the portion. Sources said it was just a muscle spasm while shooting an action sequence. Aamir Khan himself tweeted and cleared the air. His tweet reads as, “Hey guys it’s not such a major injury. My back muscle has gone into a spasm. A week of rest and I will be back on shoot.”

But inside sources told us that the actor had so much pain and even after 40 minutes of rest on ice packs he was limping. The shooting is happening at Ludhiana right now.
