Mumbai: Aamir Khan’s upcoming biographical film Dangal shooting will be commencing from 1st September 2015 with Nitesh Tiwari’s direction in which he will be seen as father of two daughters Babita Kumari and Geeta Phogat.

Aamir Khan’s upcoming movie Dangal is an Indian biographical drama based on the life story of wrestler Mahavir Singh Phogat who taught wrestling for his two daughters Babita Kumari and Geeta Phogat. The movie is directed by Nitesh Tiwari and is being produced by Disney Studio India.

Bollywood actor Aamir Khan is representing the role of Mahavir Singh Phogat, who is the father and coach of India’s women wrestlers Geeta Phogat and Babita Kumari Phogat. Fatima Shaikh and Sanya Malhotra are playing the couple’s daughters Geeta and Babita respectively. Sakshi Tanwar plays role of his wife in this.

According to information the regular shooting of movie is going to begin from 1st September 2015 and it will be extensively in Punjab and Haryana. The movie unit is also planning to shot in Lidhiana’s Kila Raipur where Rural Olympics are held each year. The actor is also very much exited to shoot in these rural areas.

PK actor Aamir Khan is preparing himself for the role in Dangal, the actor took training and lessons in wrestling and following diet plans to fit in the father role. The actor gained 90kg weight for his role in this. The film is slated to release for 23rd December 2016.
