The Aam Aadmi Party, AAP has been received a confidential notice from the Income Tax Department for having the transactions of about 2 crore rupees in the form of funds in the time of their elections. On 9th February, the notice that has been sent to the party that which it is just a day before to the election results that are conducted between AAP and BJP.

Income Tax department has enquired the party to give information about the sum taken from some of the private sectors like Goldmine, Sunvision, Skyline and Infosys. The party has been questioned to react on to prior 16th of February deteriorating which the fine would cost about Rs.10K. The exposure of the fund worth Rs 2 crore was finished by an NGO AVAM right about to begin the voting.

Ashutosh, the AAP leader during the discussion of the ABP News has stated that they will warmly welcome the notice sent by IT Department without any negative intension and will completely cooperate with the investigation of IT department and the Finance Ministry. Ashustosh said, “We want that whatever allegations are imposed upon us must be investigated and the facts come out in the open.” He added, “AAP has adhered to all law and order, there is nothing hidden and it would be clear after investigation that our party has not done anything wrong”

On that note, the BJP Leader Nalin Kohli said, “If IT department has sent a notice to AAP, then the party will answer the allegations. It is now a matter of discussion between the department and AAP. We raised this issue from our side.” The helpers of AAP party will have a Action Manch (AVAM) on this Thursday, that is tomorrow on behalf of the complaint in the case of the Election Commission of India beside the Arvind Kejriwal-led Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) which were subsequent to the precepts of a ‘funding scam’.

The AVAM suspected that Aam Aadmi Party had got received about Rs. 50 lakhs in the previous year with the four bogus companies that were fronts for money-laundering. On this, the AAP ordered a Supreme Court monitored Special Investigation Team (SIT) to investigate funding of all the three major parties participating the Delhi polls subsequent the claims of a ‘funding scam’ from the helper team.
