The movie collected Rs. 16.30 crore at the AP/T box office on the first day and its distributors’ share stood at Rs. 12.56 crore. The movie was expected to beat the record of “Srimanthudu” (Rs. 19 crore gross/Rs. 14.72 crore share) and become the biggest opener for Mahesh Babu. Lately, the details of Brahmotsavam Nizam and AP shares are doing rounds on social media saying that the movie collected around 21 Crores and 48 Lakhs.
