Hyderabad: Veteran actor, Prakash Raj wants to adopt a village from Telangana and expressed his interest in developing a village to Telangana IT and Panchayat Raj Minister K.T. Rama Rao.

Actor Prakash Raj yesterday met the Telangana IT and Panchayat Raj Minister K.T. Rama Rao and expressed his view on adoption of village in Mahabubnagar district of Telangana. He can’t reveal the name of the village right now but he is going to adopt one village from that district.

As per reports, the actor called on IT Minister KTR at the State Secretariat and shared his views, desire to adopt village from Telangana. The minister felt very happy and introduced him to district collector Sridevi and Legislator.

Prakash Raj has recently launched a foundation to help people and take plans to undertake various programmes for the development of villages. KTR also said on social medial that, he praised the idea of Prakash Raj and introduced him to collector to know the status of villages. He also shared few pictures of his meeting with Prakash raj on his personal twitter page.

Earlier, Super Star Mahesh Babu also announced that he is going to adopt village Burripalem in AP which is native place of his father Krishna and one village in Mahabubnagar district of Telangana. His recent movie gave the good message to people on adoption of village.

Telangana Stare government for rural development Government also launched Grama Jyothi Programme on last month and the actor also appreciated the scheme of this program. He also explained the activities being conducted by his foundation in Karnataka.

Definitely this is a good move from Prakash Raj and hope this will be a huge success.
