Mumbai: Airlift is an upcoming Bollywood thriller which is directed by Raja Krishna Menon. The movie features Akshay Kumar and Nimrat Kaur in lead roles.
Airlift will hit screens on January 22nd 2016. It is based on biggest evacuation of Indians based in Kuwait during Iraq – Kuwait war. Lena and Purab Kohli are part of the cast. It is produced as a joint venture by Bhushan Kumar, Nikhil Advani and Aruna Bhatia. Priya Seth handles cinematography and music is scored by Ankit Tiwari. For Airlift movie, Akshay has learned Arabic language. Its teaser was released today and it brought back Akshay Kumar back to his best.
Airlift trailer was fantastic and it proved that this movie can be India’s Schindler’s list. Akshay Kumar tweeted, “The wait is over… Presenting the first look of @AirliftFilm.
