Mumbai: Bollywood diva Aishwarya Rai Face has issued an NTR health card by the officials in Bollapalli Mandal Gangupalli Thanda in Nellore district.

Coming to the details, Bollywood diva has issued an NTR health card by the officials in Bollapalli Mandal Gangupalli Thanda in Nellore district.

Actually, the card has names Banoth Balesu Bai who is a local resident and featuring Aishwarya Rai photograph on the front side of the card and AP CM photo in the back. The family members were startled by seeing the card and return it to the revenue officials who are in the process of issuing to them a new card.
