Chennai: Siddharth, Trisha and Hansika starring Aranmanai 2 movie based on horror, comedy is directed by Sundar C and it is set to release for this Pongal as shooting has been wrapped up.

Sundar.C who directed Vishal for ‘Aambala’ is back with Horror Comedy ‘Aranmanai 2’. This sequel is not continuity to the predecessor ‘Aranmanai’ in 2014. Siddharth will be doing male lead and Trisha will be pairing opposite him. The movie shooting started by month of July.

Hansika who essayed role of ghost is doing a pivotal role in this movie.  Rest of the cast features actors like Poonam Bajwa, Kovai Sarala, Sathish and Manobala. Hip-Hop Aadhi who made his debut in ‘Aambala’ is once again scoring music for this flick too.

Technical team features U.K.Senthil Kumar for cinematography and N.B.Srikanth for cuts. ‘Aadukalam’ fame Naren essays role of antagonist. Now the shooting for this movie is wrapped up. Trisha who does the female lead confirms the news with a tweet.

She posted a photo and tweeted, “N it’s a wrap #Aranmanai2 #pongal #cantwaitforuguystoseethis @Actor_Siddharth @khushsundar.” The post production works have started. The VFX works are being done extensively and the team is planning to release the movie by Pongal.
